Assistant Finance Manager, Supply Chain Finance

Business Context and Main Purpose of the Job:

Unilever Thai Holdings – Supply Chain Finance team is recruiting an Assistant Finance Manger to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be reporting directly to the Supply Chain Finance Manager while supported by an onshore and offshore team. This is a role with interaction with various stakeholders across Unilever Thai and Regional team. Provides an excellent learning ground for the individual to strive and succeed.

Main Accountabilities:

Business Partnering for Manufacturing Lead

• Manufacturing business result, Cost of Good Produce and Cost Per Ton.

• Manufacturing cost forecast and result analysis

• Manufacturing cost budgeting

• New Product Development Estimate Costing

• Capital Expenditure Business Case and Investment evaluation

• Production saving project evaluation and governance.

• Manufacturing cost reporting and analysis as per reporting guideline.

• Active communication with Manufacturing leadership team and BU SCF team in SEA for manufacturing cost update, target and KPI

World Class Manufacturing Lead

• Finance Lead for World Cass Manufacturing program

• Drive weekly Cost governance

• Working with various teams in Minburi & Gateway site to ensure that WCM program improved and embed in daily operation.

Key Interfaces

• Business stakeholders e.g. Production team, engineering team, planner team

• Finance business partners e.g. controller team, Brand Finance Partnering, BU SCF

Relevant experiencerequired:

Required

• Strong capability to work with production team, engineering team and other internal parties to deliver targeted Cost Per Ton and KPIs

• Strong capability to work with BU SEA team

• Technically strong and intelligent.

• Organized, meticulous, motivated, mature, work well with minimal guidance, team-player.

• Enjoys solving issues and possesses an inquisitive mind, constantly looking out for better ways of working.

• Works well under pressure and results driven.

• Team player.

• Appreciates the importance of excellent processes and have an eye to ensure compliance and governance is in place for all process implementations

Desirable

• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in an engineering finance / Factory finance / accounting / finance role. Working Experience with Big manufacturing is preferred

• Strong Excel / PPT / Microsoft project

• Having engineering Finance / WCM background, SAP will be plus point
