Job Title: Strategy and Culture Manager for Quality

JOB PURPOSE

Reporting to the Global Quality Lead - Strategy & Partnerships, this role offers exposure to the Unilever Global Quality Leadership team, Business Operations Leadership Team (BOLT), and a close working relationship with the Quality HR and Communications teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Co-create the Quality strategy for the organization with the Quality Leadership team.
- Conceptualise, create and land the Culture of Quality Strategy, including Communications in collaboration with the Global Communications team
- Lead the Global Culture of Quality Community of Practice and key workstream delivery for the Unilever Quality Culture program
- Support and work directly with Quality leaders to help execute their priorities regarding culture and organization
- Play a pivotal role in ensuring an exciting and collaborative dynamic in the Quality Leadership Team
- Plan leadership engagements and support/coach the leadership team on related topics and actions
- Regularly review the global Quality OKRs, cascading as necessary to BG level, facilitate the creation of OKRs and review the mechanism and right frequency with QLT team
