Senior Accountant

Background & Purpose of the Job:

We are looking for a Senior Accountant Ice Cream that will be part of the accounting team dealing with setup and day to day operations of the route to market ice cream division that will operate in a strong daily collaboration with field teams, customers, suppliers, accounting systems experts, sourcing unit accountants in a dynamic environment.

Job Requirements:

• Previous accounting experience >5-10 years with a solid knowledge of OMF 1802/2014

• Fluent in English

• Strong skills in Excel

• Planning and organizing skills

• Good communication skills

• Analytical and rigorous

• Detail Oriented

• Solutions seeker

• Fiscal knowledge of value added tax, corporate income tax

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Take part in route to market setup operations from accounting point of view

• Participate in accounting system improvements together with technical and accounting teams

• Performs accounting activities in the areas of General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Inter-Company, Inventories

• Closing and reconciliation of the managed accounts

• Preparation of statutory financial statements and trial balance

• Offering the necessary reports and information for the internal and external audits
