Background & Purpose of the Job:
The Omnichannel BI Analystlives in data and understands the complexity of modern retail.You are responsible for the ingestion, maintenance, and curation of various datasets, and you will use the data available to you to driveend-to-endOmnichannel growth,fromanalysis of store level inventory to digital purchasefulfilment modalities.You will thrive on finding and sharing actionable insightsfor both in-store and online execution.

The ideal candidate has experience working with the MS Azure platform + components and is continually able to stay up to date with the latest technology. They must also have a working knowledge of various statistical models and their application within CPG and can explain brilliantly these methods and results to demystify the process to internal and external stakeholders.Lastly, they must have a proven record ofusing their technical abilities to drive commercial outcomes.

Transform and analyze large volumes of data, combining customer and consumer data, as well as many other 3P data sources
Identify opportunities for digital activation with specific shopper cohorts which you have defined using segmentation and propensity modeling
Create and maintain data pipelines to deliver highly accurate and complete data sets on a weekly and/or daily basis
Deliver actionable insights to help decision making via visual reporting platforms in collaboration with the sector’s many cross-functional teams
Management of the data flow and architecture for datadelivery as it relates to the sector’s business reporting needs
Developing the skills and talent to stay ahead of the competition providing value and consistency to the customer over time
Helping lead change management for team
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
Bachelor’s Degree required, minimum 5 years CPG/Retail experience, with 2+ years experiencein digital or Omnichannel roles
Experience with data sources such as IRI, Nielsen, Retailer POS systems, Panel data such as Numerator, Nielsen, or IRI
Ability to analyze large and complex data sets with proven experience in delivering recommendations to senior stakeholders
Experience building, maintaining, improving data flows and database connectivity for the team
Strong background in skills in the likes of Python, Spark, SQL or similar software and languages
Extensive experience with visualization tools, Power BI or Tableau
Data driven with a strong commercial acumen
Strong communication skills
Understanding of retail & shopping landscape and experience working directly with customers
