Your Role

The foundations of our new ekaterra organisation have been laid following our internal separation from Unilever and the stand-up of ekaterra Leadership and Management teams around the world. We have designed our end state operating model and related legal entity structure to become the world’s number one pure play Tea business.

Now begins the most exciting phase of our journey, Project Blossom, as we seek to implement our end-state design, exit our Transitional Services Agreements with Unilever, and establish ekaterra as a fully standalone and independent business. Project Blossom requires ekaterra local market teams to develop and ultimately deliver the relevant local establishment plans. 

This role will be responsible for the supporting ekaterra system related development, including S4 HANA logistics module development, Warehouse Management System interface with S4 HANA, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and user training during Project Blossom. This role will work with local/global ekaterra team, consultancy company, supplier, etc. Project Blossom requires ekaterra local market teams to develop and ultimately deliver the relevant local establishment plans. Before project go live, this role may also cover physical migration of system.

Your  Key Tasks

  • Plan and coordinate the development of S4 HANA logistics module

  • Design and deploy Warehouse Management System interface with S4 HANA

  • Conduct User Acceptance Testingand user training

  • Execute and support physical movement of ekaterra’s warehouse migration

Skills and Experience

  • Experienced with SAP/S4 HANA, preferably for logistics module

  • Experienced with Warehouse Management System interface

  • Above 3 years experience with Logistics SAP key user experience in FMCG or other relevant industry (Retailer or 3PL environment)

  • Fluent in English

  • Strong project management skills

  • Strong communication skill
