Unilever is currently hiring for Project Delivery Manager - Foods.

Work Level: WL2

Function: Supply Chain

Location: Lahore Foods Factory

Reports to: Factory Engineer

Terms & Conditions: Full-Time

JOB PURPOSE:
The Project Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects within scope, time, and budget. This role ensures alignment with organizational goals, manages cross-functional teams, and maintains stakeholder satisfaction through effective communication and governance.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE:
• Ensuring that all projects are delivered safely, on-time, within agreed scope and within budget
• Ensure annual cash flows through regular monitoring
• Coordinate internal & external teams for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop project network and Review plans to make sure that project is monitored at adequate time
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
• Partnering with factory/site teams to evaluate best business case scenario
• Coordinate with finance teams for business case preparation and capitalization
• Coordinate with relevant global technology teams and regional design teams for plant/site design and layout work
• Manage consultants and contractors relevant to projects
• Prepare Project Procurement Plans, Technical bid assessment document and equipment acceptance criteria
• Execute projects with minimum downtime to existing plant operation
• Implement EEM 7 steps methodology in major projects
• Develop engineering capability of teams through training, courses, workshops exposures.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and capture lessons learned.
• Communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders regularly.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Incorporate Digitization, Sustainability and Safety KPIs to enable achievement of future-fit supply chain.

    WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

    Education & Experience:

    • BSc. in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering.
    • 9-12 years of experience in Engineering, preferably in FMCG.


    Skills

    • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and other project management tools.
