We are looking for an experienced leader to join us as National Field Sales Manager at Unilever Sweden!

Job Purpose:
Unilever Sweden has a Field Sales team working across all areas of Sweden to achieve three main objectives for our brands and products: 1. Expand Availability with focus on distribution. 2. Create Visibility for our products and brands at the shelf. 3. Create world class Activation in store together with our customers.
In this role, you will lead a big team of Field Sales representatives who are located across Sweden, they will all report directly to you. You will also lead the team of Sales Excellence & Coordination that supports the Field Sales representatives to excel in the day to day tasks.
You will work with some of the world’s most recognized brands in Beauty & Personal Care, Home Care and Foods - including Dove, Rexona, Via, Comfort, Hellmann’s and Knorr.
Together with your team, you will create best in class execution to accelerate Unilever’s growth in the Swedish market.
The role is based at our Swedish Head Office in Solna.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the full Unilever Sweden Field Sales Team of total 13 people, who you coach, inspire and develop to strive to become the preferred partner for growth with our customers. You build a strong winning team that is passionate about creating growth and success for themselves and Unilever.
• You will lead and develop the ways of working within the Swedish Field Sales Team; which includes but is not limited to, priority of visiting stores and frequency, route planning as well as development in key skills for a Field Sales Representative to grow individually.
• Build the yearly sales plan that Field Sales Team will execute. The plan is built in collaboration with Key Account Managers, Customer Strategy & Planning Managers, Trade Marketing and Sales Coordinator to ensure clear priorities for execution to generate profitable growth.
• You build the plan based on the three areas of focus: 1. Expand Availability with focus on distribution. 2. Create Visibility for our products and brands at the shelf. 3. Create world class Activation in store together with our customers.
• The role is primarily office based at the Head Office in Solna, but you will frequently be out in the market coaching the Field Sales Representatives in their day to day work.
• You will build close relationships with our partners within merchandising that supports the Field Sales Team, as well as close collaboration internally within Unilever’s European team to gain the latest knowledge and insights to equip the Swedish team with. This includes third party vendors and yearly tenders.
• You lead the training and development programme for the field sales team to ensure they grow individually with key skills.
• You lead the company wide sales conferences that are arranged throughout the year to share insights and contribute to team success
• With joy, passion and drive, you will lead a high performing team to the next level.

All about you:
• We believe you have experience from Key Account Management, Category Management, Marketing and / or Field Sales roles within the Swedish FMCG Grocery channel which has prepared you for the role as National Field Sales Manager at Unilever Sweden.
• You care deeply. You have proven experience from leading a team being a line manager, it is a bonus if you have experience from leading larger teams.
• You have experience from building strong relationships with other internal functions where you have great influencing skills.
• You deliver with excellence. You have a winning mindset where you deliver the plan together with your team with excellent execution. You know what success looks like and dare to think big to take that level of success to the next level, you inspire others on that vision and work structurally to achieve great results.
• You focus on what counts. You provide structure, can see the holistic full picture and make trade offs to simplify the day to day work for your team in order to deliver with excellence.
• You are comfortable using Microsoft Office and other digital tools that Unilever uses to equip the Field Sales Team with the lates technology to win together with the customer in the stores.
• You speak and write both Swedish and English fluently.
• You are a holder of a valid Swedish category B driver’s license.
