Assistant dComm Operations and Performance Manager

SALES REPORTING:

• Consolidate Target and daily/weekly/monthly sales achievement data
• Maintain Score Card, Dashboards and trackers
• Analyze sales trends (SI, SO, DOI) - Monthly based on Portfolio Guidance of each BUs
• Compile all Sell Out data on SKU Level from each Retailers
• Submission of quarterly global reporting commentaries of dCommerce achievement

ORDER PROCESS MANAGEMENT

• Manage order-to-cash process
• Credit Checking Monitoring and Debtor Monitoring
• Ensure promo mechanics are executed correctly
• Promo Governance tracking
• Maintain Price Stability by manage SKU Sensitive through FSA (B2B FSA Setting)
• Champion Distributor / Enabler dComm

CHANNEL PERFORMANCE MONITORING:

• Track Dcommerce Channel KPI (Sales, PSO and Others KPI Channel)
• Generate performance scorecard
• Global Review Commentaries Quarterly

INNOVATION SUPPORT

• Coordinate new product launch timeline and VP Final Consolidation
• Liaise with cross-functional teams for readiness
• Track innovation performance

BUDGET TRACKING

• Consolidate channel budgets by BU
• Monitor IO Creation Progress
• Monitor actual vs. planned spend

Support DRA Budget decisions

• Track Financial Performance By BU and By Platform
• Indirect Cost Dcomm Budget Consolidation & Usage Monitoring

AUTOMATED REPORTING

• Collaborate with D&A Team to implement automated reporting system
• Bi weekly Catch up to monitor the progress project
