Content Marketing Manager - Ecommerce

We are looking for a passionate Content Marketing Manager to be part of the strategic and fastest growing channel – ecommerce.
As Content Manager you will be able to participate in international and national projects, which are focusing on content creation, keeping perfect online store, growth of online sales, ecommerce understanding and brands awareness.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES ARE FOLLOWING:

• Creating and implementing content strategy, which leads to increasing conversions.

• Preparation and optimization of product and media content in order to maximize ROI.

• Close collaboration with Key Account Managers to provide customer fit content in line with recommendations (onsite and offsite).

• Project management – Perfect Store Online – negotiations, managing, implementation and development.

• Negotiation and cooperation with external marketing agencies (digital, creative, media house).

• Close collaboration with internal stakeholders: digital, KAM, brand and trade marketing and other teams – locally and globally.

• Following trends in content creation (social media, AI) to maximize efficiency.

• Setting up and measuring of content performance – KPI realization, A/B testing.

• Managing budgeting of content team.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS :

• Dynamic and modern business approach.

• Experience in content creation display/video/mobile.

• Experience in optimizing media campaigns (content).

• Openness for innovative ideas which could translate into business development.

• Open to continuous upgrade on content managing tools and solutions.

• Attitude to adapt, optimize, improve, and to achieve goals.

• Experience in PSO management programs.

• Experience in collaboration with external agencies.

• Team management is a plus.

• Ability to work in cross-functional teams to create added value for Unilever and customer.

• Advanced English skills.

• Open-minded personality and cross-cultural soft skills.
