Unilever has set out the bold ambition to be the world’s leading wellness organization. Our Wellbeing Collective has bold ambitions to be a leader in the industry, driven by a portfolio of Wellbeing and Lifestyle brands.
Over the past 5 years Unilever has acquired 7 brands that embody the Wellbeing purpose of health as a lifestyle pursuit. This portfolio of millennial, digital first, narrowcasting brands includes Equilibra, Olly, Smarty Pants Vitamins, Liquid IV, Welly, Onnit, and Nutrafol.
In addition to growing these brands in the US, the Wellbeing collective is looking to expand the brands into global markets. Our objective is to expand our largest brands Liquid IV, Nutrafol, and Olly. Today we have launched and are present in more than 5 markets, with plans for further expansion.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
In this role you will own and be responsible for end-to-end ownership of International Expansion performance management, shape the International Expansion strategy and ambition, and dynamic allocation of resources. This includes in year performance management of financial targets and budgets, responsibility of market and launch strategy and choices, and all performance planning and reporting. You will partner the International Expansion CEO and a cross functional team of marketing, customer development, supply chain, research and development, regulatory affairs, quality assurance, and human resources across all markets. This role will report into the Wellbeing CFO.
Given the dynamic, fast-paced nature of Wellbeing International, the ideal candidate should be comfortable serving as a generalist who can work in changing environments with limited formalized structure. The role is multi-dimensional, requiring the ability to manage stakeholders with different seniorities as well as cross-functional and cross-company, while balancing strategic thinking with a tight operational agenda. They must bring knowledge and network from diverse markets and/or be able to build rapidly with high curiosity, communication, and ability to build relationships.This is an excellent role for career growth and development due to the high strategic importance to WellbeingCollective (WBC) and Unilever and the complexity of diverse markets, operating models, and brand/categories.The chosen candidate for this role will have outsizedgrowth mindset, confidence to take risks and make decisions, and grounded in strong finance discipline of budgetary controls and financial planning & analysis.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
End to End performance management of International Expansion with International Expansion CEO
Accountable for the delivery of the planning, budgeting & forecasting activities & reporting cycles across International Expansion P&L and reviewing & communicating performance results to key stakeholders
Drafting cross functional business cases including but not limited to new market / customer / brand launches, innovations, and supply chain initiatives
Be responsible for International Expansion Strategy in year, next year, and 2030 ambitionincluding new market launches, innovations and strategic resource allocation in existing markets, and best fit operating models.
Role may be involved in select market operations such as S&OP andmay serve as dedicated finance business partner to a market at moments of high impact, high complexity, or strained capacity.
Co-Lead with International CEO quarterly business reviews with Wellbeing CEO and CFO and Director of Performance and Strategy.
Manage a team of direct and indirect reports as the International Expansion organization continues to take shape.

We are looking for a seasoned finance manager who can work autonomously across multiple geographies and senior stakeholders and lead WBC International agenda to the next phase of growth.
Professional Qualifications
Strong business partnering track record with both global and local partners and in diverse functional disciplines (general/senior management, marketing, sales, supply chain, etc).
6+ years of relevant experience Experience building personal brands andrelationships from diverse business units and locations.
Strong analytical, logical, and presentation skills with a meticulous eye for detail. Ability to balance big picture thinking with getting hands dirty
Proactive, highly organized, and self-driven with ability to perform in fast pace, high pressure environment
Excellent engagement and communication skills. Ability to land messages succinctly and effectively with senior leaders
Ability to own & drive the agenda for the business (pro-active & independent worker)
