JOB PURPOSE
Are you ready to take the next step in your finance career and help shape the future of one of the world’s most iconic categories? As Global Performance Controlling Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving performance across our global ice cream business. You’ll support strategic planning, lead performance analysis, and partner with senior stakeholders to deliver insights that drive growth.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Support planning cycles: Manage the forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning processes for the ice cream business, working closely with business unit finance teams.
Performance tracking: Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and provide actionable insights to improve results.
Support long-term strategy: Contribute to the development of long-term financial plans in collaboration with BU CFOs and the Ice Cream leadership team.
Drive reporting excellence: Partner with the reporting hub to ensure timely, accurate, and insightful financial reporting and KPI tracking.
Enable data-driven decisions: Translate financial data into clear business insights and support decision-making across the organization.
Simplify and automate: Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and planning processes, working with the D&A team to drive automation.
Communicate with impact: Prepare and deliver presentations that clearly explain financial performance and support strategic conversations with internal stakeholders.
Support transformation: Play an active role in building a best-in-class FP&A function as we transition to a standalone company
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
Experience in financial planning & analysis, or business partnering
Strong track record in performance management and financial reporting
Experience in a multinational or matrixed environment preferred
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial systems (e.g., SAP, Power BI)
Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and storytelling abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
