Job Description Overview
We are looking for a CSP Manager who will be in charge of Operational Lead for Categories and Lead Category Analytics with support of the B&W CSP Lead in Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Lead for Categories
Drive the business planning rhythm as well as an accurate and reliable category forecast.
Working with Customer Managers and Finance to collate gap close activities as defined by the B&W CSP Lead in Australia
Own & Deliver the category forecast
Optimise TTS investment (NRM Levers 4&5) to drive efficiency by championing the Promotional Event Analytics (PEA) tool
Working with the brand lead, input and shape NPD business case development with key category and customer metrics & inputs
Lead Category Analytics:
Ability to analyse market (scan) and shopper data to build insights to support decision making and build customer strategies and stories
Build category knowledge and expertise within CSP and across the business by generating standardised category market (scan) data reporting and analysis (Monthly cadence)
Support the CSP Lead with customer and category insights from standardised reporting to shape category expertise or range review delivery
What You Will Need to Succeed
Experiences & Qualifications
3+ years of business experience, preferably cross-functional with Customer facing and Category experience with a proven track record
FMCG or similar Retail industry experience
Planning experience or strong analytical mindset
Skills:
Strong commercial skills and ability to understand all elements of the P&L
NRM; Category Growth Management
Data-Driven Mindset: Experience with data analytics and reporting
Customer and Retailer Understanding
Ability to collaborate with a wide range of cross-functional teams including customer, supply chain, brand and finance
Leadership:
