Main purpose of job:
This role will support the Category management tooling ecosystem as an Analyst and would be a key part of the CD Products team. Key responsibilities of the role include:
Ensure right basics: Work with CDIOs and BAT teams to establish data integrity and sync with in-market teams
Ensure fit for purpose: Interface with business stakeholders to understand and capture the business asks
Ensure Process Centricity: Play an active role in embedding the tool across CD value chain & processes
Keep Users at the centre of focus: Work with markets to land features of the AI era – MBQs, AI powered insights, Smart Search; new age interactive UI/UX
Support Delivery: Coordinate with the build team (3P as well as internal UL Product team) to ensure Product roadmap is delivered
Ensure On Time in Full delivery: Of all Product deployments and roll out of the product as per the roll out plan
Key accountabilities:
Stakeholder engagement: partner with Market CSPs, Market CBDs, CD Finance and the other business people, ensuring clear communication and partnership throughout the product management process
Analytics Expertise (preferably AI): have a good understanding of CD measures that impact business performance to develop cutting edge solutions, enabling predictive & prescriptive analytics
Change Management: Accountable for overall NPS, adoption metrics as well as value benefit driven through actionable insights and self-serve tools
Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features & user stories based on business impact and feasibility.
Responsible for adherence to Unilever Control and compliance policies.
Continuous Improvement: Responsible for simplification and integration with relevant local tools .
Budget Management: Responsible and accountable for ensure we adhere to the Market signs up for the run costs.
rive LEAN, Agile and Design Thinking methodology across D&A and educate end users on the core process / governance.
Experience and qualifications required:
Essential:
1-2 years of experience in CD or other domains in Analytics, FMCG preferably
Experience in working with businesspeople/ users
Experience in insight generation using Data
Exposure to visualization tools like PBI, Webapp or other data blending tools
Working knows how in Data Blending tools and technologies along with driving D&A
Working knows how of Design Thinking or DevOps models along with Agile Scrum

Analytically minded with good numerical ability and logical reasoning
Education:
Ideal candidates would preferably have an MBA or master’s degree
