Responsibilities
We are excited to introduce a newly created One Performance Management Team, bringing together four previously separate performance teams into one unified group. This transformation enables Finance Business Partners to focus on what truly matters: driving value and shaping strategic decisions.
As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Global Business Services (GBS) initiatives. You’ll partner with senior leaders, influence key decisions, and ensure that every investment delivers measurable impact. This is an opportunity to work at the heart of transformation, where your insights will help shape the future of our organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will span strategic finance leadership, performance management, and value creation. Key areas include:
1. Strategic Partnership and Value Creation
• Act as a trusted finance advisor for one or more strategic initiatives within GBS.
• Collaborate with project leadership teams to shape strategy and monitor progress.
• Lead financial involvement in major contract negotiations and partnerships with third parties.
2. Business Case Development
• Build and validate robust business cases for transformation initiatives.
• Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to assess payback periods and returns under different assumptions.
3. Savings and Benefits Tracking
• Validate cost and savings assumptions across geographies and functions.
• Ensure accurate attribution of benefits and prevent duplication.
• Define and monitor savings categories such as revenue growth, working capital improvements, and overhead reductions.
4. Performance Governance
• Implement monthly cost tracking and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Develop clear governance frameworks for savings and benefits monitoring.
• Provide insightful commentary on costs, savings, and key performance indicators.
5. Strategic Finance Leadership
• Align financial strategies with contract negotiations and service delivery.
• Partner with Procurement Finance on collaborative procurement processes.
• Support financial modelling, including treasury and tax considerations.
6. Change Management and Communication
• Drive the rollout of major initiatives across regions and functions
• Engage stakeholders effectively and ensure transparent communication.
