PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

In this role, you will focus on the overall system architecture to ensure the technical integrity and scalability of our product landscape. You will ensure  implementation of robust and secure systems capable of handling future growth, aligning technical solutions with business goals. Collaboration with internal teams and vendor partners is key, working closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to create a cohesive and efficient product that meets both current and future needs.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

• Ensuring Technical Integrity:Oversee the technical integrity and scalability of the product, ensuring robustness, security, and the ability to handle future growth.

• Coding Stewardship: Demonstrate a solid understanding of coding practices, ensuring that the codebase is developed to be scalable and sustainable.

• Aligning Business and Technical Goals:Bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring they are built with quality that address business problems and align with strategic objectives.

• Continuous Improvement:Drive continuous improvement initiatives, staying updated with the latest technological advancements and integrating them into the system to enhance performance and efficiency.

EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS

Necessary Experience & Qualifications  

• Proven track record in implementing and managing ERP systems, specifically SAP ERP.

• Demonstrated ability to customize ERP solutions to meet specific business needs and integrate them with other business applications.

• Deep understanding of the technical aspects of SAP ERP and/or- Oracle NetSuite, Dynamics 365, including configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.

• Strong technical aptitude with hands-on experience in using related ERP technologies ex:  SAP Fiori.

• Ability to troubleshoot issues on ERP systems and experience in driving interventions for resilience

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to effectively bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions

• Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with the latest ERP trends and technologies

Preferred Experience & Qualifications  

• Proven ability or demonstrated interest in managing or working with multiple technologies. 

• A strong learning attitude and willingness to pick up new skills. 

• Proficiency in SAP’s proprietary programming language is essential for developing and customizing SAP applications

• Experience in Programming Languages- ABAP, JAVA, Javascript
