Main Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Sales Delivery
- Initiate strategic sales plans and deliver growth across platforms.
- Manage channel assortment mix, pricing strategy, and tailored promotions.
Net Revenue Management (NRM)
- Develop and implement NRM strategies for e-commerce, including pack-price architecture, promo mechanics, and trade investment optimization.
- Analyze price elasticity and consumer behavior to maximize profitability and competitiveness.
- Ensure alignment of NRM principles with assortment and pricing strategy.
Performance Marketing & Analytics
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance (always-on, mega, lead) to maximize ROAS.
- Create and maintain e-commerce performance dashboards at CU level.
- Provide actionable insights from data to improve future campaigns and shopper experience.
Content & Digital Shelf Excellence
- Ensure product listings meet quality standards (e.g., Profitero scoring).
- Drive content optimization for perfect online stores including OLA, digital shelf, content (rating & review) and search and consumer engagement.
Consumer Experience & Innovation
- Optimize consumer journey and digital funnels for conversion.
- Collaborate with brand teams to deliver creative, impactful campaigns.
Competitive & Trend Analysis
- Conduct competitive analysis and monitor beauty/e-commerce trends.
- Identify gaps and opportunities to win market share.
Campaign Calendar & New Product Development Launch
- Execute campaign calendar with BU guidance on promo mechanics and category focus.
- Track NPD launches and report results for continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Align with sales, brand, and commercial teams on priorities and investment.
- Coordinate with supply team to prevent out-of-stock for hero SKUs and NPDs.
Regional & Global Reporting
- Prepare performance reports and share best practices across ASEAN.
- Update commentary for MIQ global report.
Financial Accountability
- Control and monitor P&L to ensure channel profitability.
- Manage overall investment (commercial and media) for maximum ROI.
S&OP Responsibility
- Ensure accurate demand planning and stock availability.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years in Sales & Marketing with customer-facing experience.
- FMCG experience preferred; beauty/e-commerce experience a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
- Understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital funnels, and consumer journey.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking.
- Creative problem solver with passion for e-commerce and beauty industry.
