Home Care TH CSP Lead  is responsible for developing and executing the category trade marketing plan in line with sales and marketing objectives and managing the trade marketing budget, Conceptualizing and executing trade promotions and rolling out impactful in-store campaigns in collaboration with marketing and sales teams as well as leading activation programs with partners to improve brand visibility and Improving brand presence and campaign execution across trade through excellence in in-store planning, execution and tracing in alignment with the annual marketing priorities.

Main Responsibilities

  • Define and lead category development for growth in core channels. Develop customer and shopper insights for the category in all channels and translate these insights into business-building opportunities within specific customers and channels.
  • Build account/channel-specific trade plans to align with the total trade category plan to deliver category/brand objectives. Identify trade spend opportunities and allocate funds for each sector while analyzing risks.
  • Match brand/category objectives with customer and market needs. Work with the field sales team to ensure excellence in in-store activation and execute the most efficient Joint Business Plans (JBP) and trade spends.
  • Define innovation and launch plans to channels/customers. Execute locally and integrate channel and customer upstream into the Business Unit (BU). Suggest price, promotion strategy and mechanic for new product launch and brand activation campaign.
  • Execute strategically aligned commercial plans in the market. Decide on channel/customer prioritization in the market and deploy budgets accordingly. Coordinate with cross-functions to implement category plan across channels.
  • Lead core capabilities and objective customer engagement, including Category Management (Catman), Shopper Marketing, and Net Revenue Management (NRM)

Candidate Criteria

Experience & Qualification

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Trade Marketing in FMCG or Consumer Products
  • Having cross-functional experience such as Marketing, Modern Trade or General Trade sales experience is added advantage
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
  • Strong commercial strategy and business acumen with innovation & data driven mindset
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and influencing skills.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching and people management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding consumer behaviors and industry trends.
