JOB PURPOSE

To manage and enhance business and data systems that support operational efficiency and decision-making. This includes maintaining key platforms (e.g., LeverEdge, Dynamic Delivery, mobility tools), owning data reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, dashboards), ensuring data integrity and compliance, and leading system improvements and migrations. The role also involves cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder reporting, and staff training on data policies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for maintaining current business systems and implementing business systems enhancements/changes: LeverEdge (DMS), Dynamic Delivery Operation system, and Order capturing mobility
• Owned business data systems tools: CD Livewire, Power BI scorecard and IC operational Dashboards
• Prepare reports and presentations for key stakeholders
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security. Collaborate with IT and other departments to enhance data processes
• Manage & monitor data system, storage solutions performance and suggest improvements
• Train staff on data policies and procedures. Ensure all compliance with data protection regulations
• Lead data migration projects when necessary

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Minimum 3+ year of experience with big data technologies and tools.
• Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards.
• Proven experience in project management.
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools
• Ability to engage with cross function and having influence skill.
• Strong skills in communication, organization, and time management.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Willingness and ability to embrace change and to adapt new strategies.
• Strong passion to win with growth mindset.
• Open-minded to make the new succession.
