Job Summary: The Ice Cream Incentive and Automation & Simplification Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and executing incentive and award programs for the ice cream CD team, as well as driving automation and simplification initiatives. This role involves managing various incentive tasks, ensuring accurate data handling, and collaborating with different teams to achieve sales and distribution targets. Additionally, the role focuses on identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Incentive & Award Program Management:
- Execute monthly and quarterly incentive tasks using Excel and SharePoint.
- Submit incentive summaries and documents via DocuSign to the line manager app.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with incentive calculations and submissions.
- Oversee the nomination and selection process for incentive awards.
- Ensure timely and accurate distribution of awards to eligible recipients.
- Maintain records of award recipients and related documentation.

- Data Management and Reporting:
- Prepare and maintain Excel summaries for various incentive tasks.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports and submissions.
- Utilize Excel and SharePoint for data management and reporting.
- Sales and Distribution Monitoring:
- Track and report on sales growth percentages, distribution metrics, and expansion efforts.
- Monitor and document sales performance across different channels, including BKK, GT, MT, and LMT.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with the TTS team to gather and submit necessary data.
- Coordinate with the IC CBD team for claims and incentive processing.
- Communicate with RSMs and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of incentive programs.
Automation & Simplification Initiatives:
- Identify opportunities for process automation and simplification within incentive and award programs.
- Develop and implement automated solutions to streamline data management and reporting tasks.
- Collaborate with IT and other relevant teams to integrate automation tools and technologies.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of automation initiatives and make necessary adjustments.
- Provide training and support to team members on new automated processes and tools.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Achievement of sales growth targets.
- Accuracy and timeliness of incentive submissions.
- Effective collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Compliance with incentive program guidelines and requirements.
- Successful implementation and impact of automation and simplification initiatives.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Excel and SharePoint.
- Familiarity with DocuSign for document submission.
- Strong data management and reporting skills.
- Experience with automation tools and technologies (e.g. Power BI, Macros).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in incentive program management or a similar role.
- Experience in process automation and simplification.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
Additional Information:
- This role requires regular interaction with various departments, including CD, CHD, Finance, IT, and customer service.
