Position Summary

Deliver value across all Marketing Hub delivered and connected activities by driving continuous improvement and future transformation of the performance management of day-to-day delivery at scale in collaboration with our Partners and GMS Product Owners. This role is responsible to connect with both the GMS Product Owner team and in-country operational marketing teams to drive the adoption, execution and continuous transformation of GMS Hub capabilities/enablers.​

Key Accountabilities of the role include:

  • Own the execution and adoption of the GMS capabilities and enablers across the pillars within markets​

  • Sequence and execute transformation initiatives with countries/BUs as governed by GMS Product Owners

  • Drive continuous improvement agenda with our Partners​

Position Responsibilities (Expected Work)

Owns prioritization of capability adoption of capabilities & transformation roadmap across pillars within the geographies on behalf of global GMS Product Owners and in coordination with IT, Country Performance Delivery Lead, and Country Marketing team​

  • Address adoption issues and outside system work-arounds​

  • Work with global Product, and IT teams for any exception/change requirements​

  • Benchmark usage and effectiveness relative to other sites / markets​

  • Drives process-based / capability-based governance and benchmarking within geography​

  • Ensure assets are maximized before any small tech or auxiliary automations are developed to support operations​

Owns continuous improvement agenda in collaboration with partners & country​

  • Drives governance to ensure right prioritization of initiatives across markets with the Partner “TIO” (Transformation & Innovation Office)

  • Ensures CI agenda of partners is aligned to UL priorities, roadmap, framework​

  • Cross pollinate learnings / experience from within organization into our partner operations​

  • Identify Best Practices - External and Internal. Explore emerging trends and actively seek opportunities to - SIMPLIFY, ELIMINATE, CONSOLIDATE, CENTRALISE, AUTOMATE​

Unilever SPOC for global process excellence team into the geography​

  • Drives prioritization of Product execution within the geography/BUs in alignment with global Product team​

  • Represents markets within geography in global process / capability discussions and community of practices​

Drive effectiveness and consistency of operating model (governance, gatekeeping, etc).

 Scope

This position will be supporting select BU’s across a key geographical region (Americas / Europe & Middle East / Asia & Africa) engaging with key senior stakeholders both in countries and within the GBS communities.
