l. Position Summary
Responsible for supporting the Global Artwork Process Manager in all facets of the packaging artwork process and technology, including Design and Pack Image Albums, and in integrating the end-to-end artwork process across categories and category groups within the region for which they are responsible. Will investigate opportunities to automate the current process to drive efficiencies within the business using current technology solution available such as Power Automate, AI etc. Will conduct process training and ensure discipline within the global artwork management system, as well as interface with external vendors. Is also responsible for the Artwork Management system, ensuring that the process templates are optimized to meet the process and business requirements and that training needs are being met. Will track compliance to process and artwork system and share any areas of non-compliance to Artwork Process Manager.
Will help compile, analyze and publish KPI reports as requested by Global Artwork Process Manager. Will work closely with the Artwork Production teams to understand KPI’s and also recommend ways to improve artwork production KPI’s. Will support production teams with any reports or information needed for categories and brands either directly, or through the Artwork Systems Administrator. A strong team player that must be able to work with minimal supervision and represent the Global Artwork Process Manager as logistics may require.
Il. Position Responsibilities (Expected Work)
Investigate technology solutions to optimize and automate the current Artwork Process.
Ensure process discipline by conducting end to end artwork process training, including training on design and Pack Image Albums.
Conduct BLUE training together with the artwork management system administrator,
Provide governance across the region / sub-region regarding process compliance and facilitate on-going training sessions for new and existing artwork community members.
Interface well with artwork community across all disciplines and represent the Global Artwork Process Manager when needed.
Facilitate the creation of KPI reports, both scheduled and ad hoc.
Support Global Artwork Process Manager as an interface with external vendors (e.g. PMAs, design agencies, printers) to ensure process compliance. Supply documentation and process training to external vendors as needed.
Organize post-implementation meetings with all involved parties to review key projects and optimize the process – if applicable.
Interface with Regional/ Category Artwork Production Managers (if applicable) to collect current PMA performance information as required by Process Manager or IP.
Work closely with the Artwork Management System Administrator to ensure that artwork community understands the relationship between the packaging artwork process and our global artwork management system.
Maintain close network with other Regional Artwork Process Specialists to ensure consistency with processes, forms, etc. and to exchange experiences and ideas.
Must have a good understanding of other cluster/categories so that support can be provided to other regions/ categories when required.
Works closely with the Artwork Production teams to understand KPI’s and also recommend ways to improve artwork production KPI’s.
Must be able to work across different time zones when required.
Must have good analytical skills and attention to detail. Must be able to conduct root cause analysis with clear recommendations on how to resolve issues.

Supporting a large user community who may not be co-located with this role and may encompass several different cultures and time zones.

IV. Scope
This position will be responsible for a user community that consists of internal and external people, possibly spread across multiple geographic locations within a region, in a variety of functional responsibilities and permissions.

Key Professional Skills:
3-5 years Power Automate/ Selenium experience
3-5 Years experience with Automation (RPA/ Machine Learning)
Experience with AI and generative AI software
3-5 years of Excel VBA to the list.
3-5 years of POWER BI & Data Automation & Analytics experience
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Experience working with web-based artwork management systems.
Project management
Basic IT knowledge on systems/ tools and troubleshooting
