Job title:  Unilever International -Assistant Manager - Supply Planner

Location: Mumbai, HO

Key Accountability

Service :

• Responsible for production planning and related interlocks across our existing production sites catering to Unilever International.

• Execute inventory strategies and issue production orders for multiple product codes.

• Finalize Supply plans monthly across all global teams through demand forecasting.

• Responsible to ensure smooth flow of raw materials and finished goods to meet required delivery dates.

• Conduct collabs and finalise production plans for multiple product codes to meet required delivery dates.

• Ensure production readiness through timely issuance of PCPs, ICQA and DN whenever necessary.

• Work collaboratively with Procurement teams to ensure quarterly forecast is shared with suppliers to ensure RPM availability.

• Responsible for monthly DSR analysis, which includes Mold & factory capacity planning.

• Monitor plan compliance of the manufacturing facilities and work collaboratively with the factory to ensure 100% compliance levels.

• Responsible to dovetail forecasts and plans with Personal Care and Beauty & Wellbeing BG teams.

• Responsible to deliver Service rate target for cluster along with supply chain team.

• Business partner finance to drive Transfer Price optimization by driving right forecast, information and savings projects across all Hair and Personal care products.

• Work closely with cross functional teams to launch innovation products as well as smooth delivery of transitions project and responsible for all innovation and production planning as well for scheduling and communication with plants.

Cost :

• Review of Write off risks at SU and execute mitigation plans with factory teams.            

• Responsible for the strategic and tactical monitoring of inventory to reduce business waste and drive Saving projects.

• Prepare monthly inventory and sales analysis for management and sales and operations discussions.

Quality :

• Liase with the factories, cross functional team to close customer complaints and queries and ensure timely response.

Experience Required:

• 8-10years of experience in Supply chain, Production planning, supply planning or inventory management.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – mainly in Excel, Power point.

• Knowledge of planning software and systems.

• Experience in FMCG industry will be an added advantage.

Qualification & Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Operation, supply chain management, or a related field.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work well in a team environment.
