JOB PURPOSE
This role will support the Finance team in delivering operational excellence, by assisting with foundational finance processes.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
We are looking for a sharp, analytical thinker, with a keen eye for detail, to join our team, as a Finance Intern.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain early exposure to core finance activities, enabling the trainee to build a strong understanding of commercial finance operations, in a multinational environment.
• Support the preparation and validation of standard financial reports and trackers on trade spent investment, as well on planning and forecast
• Assist in monitoring overdue balances and coordinating follow-up actions with relevant stakeholders.
• Contribute to data entry, reconciliation, and documentation when it comes to pricing , offering support on exercises of price increase
• Help maintain audit-ready documentation and support internal control processes.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline routine finance workflows and identify opportunities for simplification.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on performance tracking and reporting.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
• Ongoing higher education.
• Excellent Microsoft package knowledge.
• Medium English knowledge. Understanding of finance processes (is a plus)
Skills
• Strong analytical, organizational skills.
• Focused on results.
• Communication and prioritization skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
• English proficiency is required.
