Mitigation Coordinator Specialist

JOB PURPOSE

The purpose of this role is to drive operational efficiency and business growth by optimizing stock allocation, minimizing waste, and resolving supply-related issues. By aligning policies with business goals and leveraging AATP technology, this role ensures seamless operations, enhances product availability, and supports strategic decision-making.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE:

• Aligns stock allocation policies with CSP to ensure reservations & prioritizations are automatically processed 
• Performs business rule changes in the day to day running of AATP and steers stock allocation specialist with business direction. 
• Feedback to Market Demand Manager on (major) risks & opportunities
• Coordination of (smaller) crisis – Product availability, Quality issues, microbiological issues, etc.
• Analyzes Business Waste Report and triggers action of disposal or offering to Customers & Traders by CBD.
• Drive periodically & per demand Business Rules setting in AATP including Customer prioritization list in AATP by defining it together with CSP & CBD
• Owns service risk identification and mitigation with CSP/CBD. Supply constraint resolution predominantly driven by Market Supply Planner & BU Planning Manager
• Reason coding of service losses & lack of stock availability. 
• Monitor & action waste prevention of Finished Goods
• AATP (technology) business rules setting 
• Make sure advanced stock management process is compliance with guardrails

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in logistics or finance, accounting, marketing
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Fluency in English
• Proficiency in using the MS Office suite
