JOB PURPOSE

The purpose of this role is to drive operational efficiency and business growth by optimizing stock allocation, minimizing waste, and resolving supply-related issues. By aligning policies with business goals and leveraging AATP technology, this role ensures seamless operations, enhances product availability, and supports strategic decision-making.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE:
- Aligns stock allocation policies with CSP to ensure reservations & prioritizations are automatically processed
- Performs business rule changes in the day to day running of AATP and steers stock allocation specialist with business direction.
- Feedback to Market Demand Manager on (major) risks & opportunities
- Coordination of (smaller) crisis – Product availability, Quality issues, microbiological issues, etc.
- Analyzes Business Waste Report and triggers action of disposal or offering to Customers & Traders by CBD.
- Drive periodically & per demand Business Rules setting in AATP including Customer prioritization list in AATP by defining it together with CSP & CBD
- Owns service risk identification and mitigation with CSP/CBD. Supply constraint resolution predominantly driven by Market Supply Planner & BU Planning Manager
- Reason coding of service losses & lack of stock availability.
- Monitor & action waste prevention of Finished Goods
- AATP (technology) business rules setting
- Make sure advanced stock management process is compliance with guardrails
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in logistics or finance, accounting, marketing
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in using the MS Office suite
