JOB PURPOSE:
Are you looking for a career opportunity within a dynamic and constantly growing multinational environment? Do you have a passion for Finance and would like to develop in a Factory environment? Then this role is tailored for you.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyzes the information exported from the SAP system monthly, tracking expenses by factory cost centers in order to prepare the actual cost report at the end of each month
- Checks the allocation by cost centers at the end of each month
- Provides support in collecting, processing and analyzing information that is needed for the factory budget
- Provides support in collecting and analyzing accounting information in order to prepare various financial and management reports needed for business decisions
- Creates suppliers in the company's electronic systems and provides support to colleagues and the supplier in the registration process
- Provides support to colleagues for the platforms: Coupa, DCIW, SAP and is acting as the contact person for external financial partners
- Prepares and sends requests for sales invoices and checks their process until obtaining ID_Anaf
- Records current payroll and accrual payroll
- Checks the balances of accrual accounts at the end of the month
- Validates payments in the system, raises requests for urgent payments and sends manual payments for payment
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
SKILLS: fluent in English and Romanian; good digital skills; knowledge in SAP system represents an advantage; adaptable, organized, good communication skills and an analytical thinker
EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS: Educational background in Finance; minimum+3 years working experience in Finance.
LEADERSHIP: Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
