Job Purpose
SHE Supervisor is responsible for identifying and aligning best practices for safety, health, and environmental (SHE) management across various locations within and outside UL. This role involves ensuring compliance, leading safety initiatives, supporting ISO standards, and effectively communicating with stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage the whole site safety compliance by updating and validating compliance with relevant safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Lead machinery safety initiatives in collaboration with the production and engineering team.
- Communicate stakeholder the standard and legal requirements related to safety to all stakeholders
- Evaluate the effective action taken on the incident, the causes of occurrence of danger, illness or distress and disturbances owning to working and report results and give recommendations
- Track, summarize, and analyze safety performance indicators, agree and follow up corrective and preventive actions with the team
- Provide profound information and solutions to address internal requests and issues related to safety matters
- Stay updated on developments in safety management, safety solutions, and relevant legal aspects
- Conduct safety training programs including new employment orientation for all employees and contractors and maintain training records.
- Champion safety promotion, safety activities and encourage safety awareness to work safely and without any risk of dangers.
- Monitoring and measurement of environmental aspects and impacts in workplace.
- Problem analysis and provide efficient and effective solutions to resolve issues, improvement opportunities or new prevention measures.
- Support and lead safety committee meeting and site safety audits.
- Oversee and maintain chemical control system and safety support equipment such as first aid stations, emergency eye wash stations, fire extinguishers
- Facilitate safety improvement projects, coach or contribute to teams, and monitor project results
- Act as Document Control Coordinator (DCC) and internal auditor for ISO 14001, 45001, and Unilever global standards
- Undertake any other reasonable tasks assigned by site management team
- Encourage associated awareness and recognition to improve safety, health and environment issue through various methods

Skill & Qualification
- Able to collaborate with relevant functions to achieve SHE goals
- Possess challenging and pioneering spirit
- Able to command of both written and spoken in English. Able to communicate, explain, attend meetings that conducted in English
- Good in presentation skill and convince people to work for SHE field
- Developed capability to influence behavior in an industrial context.
- Demonstrate ability to manage change with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to prioritize work and manage your time to meet organizational and HSE Team objectives.
- Knowledge in Occupational Health, Safety and Environment legislation related to Local laws applicable to a manufacturing / construction industry.
- Good in MS office and related program
- Energetic, working under dynamic environment and good interpersonal skills
- Approachable with positive but strong safety mindset

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
- 3-5 years of specialized experience in safety supervisor, safety officer roles
- Hand on experience in FMCGs manufacturing is preferred
