We areseekinga dynamic and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our team.In this role you will ownend-to-end recruitment and candidate management for WL1 roles, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process. This role requires a deep understanding of talent landscapes, both internal and external, to meet business needs effectively.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process forWL1roles, including sourcing, screening, assessment, and offer stages.

  • Talent Landscape Awareness: Build awareness of internal and external talent landscapes withinthe assignedfunction to develop a holistic view of talent sourcing and business needs.

  • Business Partnership:Work inpartnershipwithhiring managersand HRBPto understand local nuances andmarket specificrequirements

  • Continuous Improvement: Implement continuous improvement ideas for recruitment processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Functional Organization: Organize recruitment efforts by functions to explore profile synergies and ensure alignment with business needs.

  • Problem-Solving: Engage in problem-solving, propose process improvements, andassistin coordinating recruitment efforts to address challenges andoptimizeoutcomes.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field ispreferred.

  • 3+ years of recruitment experienceand astrongunderstanding of talent acquisition processes and best practicesisrequired.

  • Proficiencyin using recruitment software and tools.Experience with Workday,HiredScore, and LinkedIn Recruiteris a plus.

  • Fluent inEnglish & Spanish

  • Experience in sourcing and screening for high volume rolesisrequired.

  • Experience with AI tools and hiring automationis aplus.

  • Experienceworking in a global team environmentispreferred.

  • Excellentcommunication,interpersonal,andstakeholder managementskills.

  • Strong commercial acumen with a knack for candidate engagement and influence.

  • Ability tocompellinglyconvey job requirements, company culture, and expectations to candidates and hiring managers.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to build andmaintainrelationships with stakeholders atvaryinglevels of seniority.

  • Commitment to quality and adherence to defined SLA.

  • Abilityto solve problems,thinkcritically and take initiative will be paramount in this role.

  • Team playermentalitywith the ability to collaborate effectivelywithin your team,across varioushublocations, and with your assigned market teams.

  • Ability toembrace, adopt,andnavigatenew technologies.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Local knowledge ofCentral and South Americais preferred.
