JOB PURPOSE

As Commercial Excellence Lead you will be a part of our Nordic Customer Operations team. You will be leading a small team responsible for the Bill to Cash processes, including Business Planning, and the connecting tools (eg TPM, TPA, High Radius). The roles is a hands on role, in which you will be working closely within the Customer Operations team but also close to the Sales team and our 3rd party Operations team with the ambition to provide the best experience for our customers.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
As Commercial Excellence Lead your main responsibility will be to:
· Partner cross-functionally to secure E2E process alignment and improvement priorities in the Bill to Cash and Business Planning processes. This includes e.g. processes for promotional planning, pricing, claims and account receivable.
· Ensure smooth operation and collaboration with outsources services run by our 3rd party partner.
· Lead process evaluation and optimization, incl maximizing the use of technology.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
· A degree in Supply chain management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related area.
· 3-4 years’ experience in Order to Cash, Sales operations, or related area.
· Understanding and working along complex processes.
· Business acumen and financial understanding.
· Stakeholder management and collaboration
· Continuous improvement mindset
· An interest in finding opportunities for automation and use of technology.
