Job Purpose -

Support the Personal Care Business Unit CMI function and business partners by identifying where and how to win through actionable consumer and market insights. Provide inspiration and provocation to enable transformational decisions that drive brand growth.

Key Responsibilities -

1. BU Category & Brand Performance Measurement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute brand audits and provide key insights/outputs for Personal Care BU.

2. Track KPIs aligned with JTBDs (jobs to be done) for marketing plans - aligned with the growth target of the business.

3. Consumer & Customer Centricity - Organize consumer contact sessions across functions - translate consumer visits into actionable insights.

4. Continuous Tracking & Research - Deliver retail audit, consumer panel data, and GTS summaries - monitor agency data quality and provide 6P reports with recommendations.

5. Ad-hoc Research - Evaluate activations and post-launch innovations. Support business with research needs and insight interpretation.

6. CMI Resource Management - Allocate and track budgets; prioritize brands within the BU and manage agencies for timely deliverables.

7. Internal Communication & Business Partnering - Provide data support and local market insights to the regional team (PTAB) and assist core Brands team with presentations and cross-functional research needs.

Required Qualifications -

1. Professional Skills: Minimum BBA/Graduate/Hons. degree from a reputed university.

2. Strong analytical skills for managing large datasets, with clear proficiency of tools in crunching data as well as analyzing.

3, Mathematical/statistical background preferred (with ideally advanced data crunching skills for ensuring the right output against core research)

Preferred Experiences -

1. Ideally 3 years of experience in a reputed MNC operating across a similar industry

2. Experience in research agencies (quantitative focus)

The reporting for this role will be to the CMI Lead for PC BU in Unilever Bangladesh.
