JOB PURPOSE
This role exists to transform Power Brands like Vaseline and Dove into multimillion-dollar leaders across Latin America. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities across LATAM.
Scale Power Brands (Vaseline, Dove, and more) using innovative, data-driven strategies.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, supply chain, and IT to deliver seamless execution.
Analyse market trends and competitor activity to unlock growth.
Lead meetings, workshops, and training sessions with internal and external partners.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience in business development, ideally in FMCG.
Strong knowledge of LATAM markets and consumer dynamics.
Commercial acumen: P&L, pricing, forecasting, and performance tracking.
Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive ownership, and creative problem-solving.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Spanish.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
