In the Customer Development function, you will play a pivotal role in unlocking value and fostering lasting relationships with our customers. WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Review, Own and analyze Modern Trade channel data lake through rigor data hygiene and correct flow of information to CBD to drive business winning strategies.
Execution and monitor activities; plan and oversee their execution.
Be the eyes and ears on the ground to monitor competition activity and create and execute mitigation plans.
Monthly review with Internal and External stakeholders.
Utilizes data-driven strategies to enhance sales processes and drive revenue growth.
Develop and implement a comprehensive channel strategy aligned with overall business goals.
Establish and nurture strong relationships with strategic/Regional/Global partners to maximize collaboration and effectiveness.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of channel strategies.
Implement measures to ensure channel partner compliance with contractual agreements and quality standards.
Work with external agencies to track, plan, and implement marketing activities.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field is a minimum
FMCG background is a must.
Key Account and Retail experience.
Skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to analyse data, market trends, and competitive landscapes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex strategies and concepts
- Proven ability to think strategically and develop comprehensive strategies to achieve business goals
- High Level of technical literacy in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
- Proficiency in budgeting and planning and a strong financial acumen
