JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Brand Marketing: Partnering with brand teams to ensure the in-store message and look and feel is consistent with the national or brand-specific campaigns POSM Development & Production: Working with creative agencies and vendors to develop, produce, and distribute high-quality in-store marketing materials (signage, flyers, shelf talkers, posters, digital screens). Activation Cascade & Follow-up: Working closely with the sales team to align execution plans with retailer-specific strategies (Joint Business Plans) and to get buy-in and support for in-store activities. Post-Activity Evaluation: Conducting formal analysis on the effectiveness of executed programs, collecting data, and creating reports (e.g., "picture of success" reports).
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related commercial field (An MBA is often a strong plus for senior roles)
Retail Execution and Merchandising: Expert knowledge of planograms, optimal display placement, and Point-of-Sale (POS) material utilization
1–3 years of relevant experience in FMCG, specifically in Shopper Marketing, Marketing, or Category Management.
