JOB PURPOSE
This role exists to support the planning and execution of employer branding initiatives that strengthen the organization’s reputation as an employer of choice and help attract the best talent available in the market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Employer Brand Activation
• Assist in delivering employer branding activities across digital and on ground channels (careers events, campus activations, social media campaigns).
• Support execution of early careers and internship attraction programs including campus engagements, case study competitions and student touchpoint activations.
2. Content & Communication
• Contribute to creating engaging content for Official Social Media and internal communications to promote the employer value proposition (EVP) and employee stories.
• Help maintain consistency of messaging across platforms, following global and local brand guidelines.
• Single Point Of Contact for all Universities
3. Research & Insights
• Conduct research on campus trends, competitor employer brands and talent expectations to support strategy refresh.
• Help monitor social first brand signals, audience sentiment and touchpoint effectiveness.
• Assist in tracking engagement metrics such as impressions, reach and candidate interest
4. Coordination & Stakeholder Management
• Coordinate with HR, Business Teams, recruitment teams, external agencies (media, creative, campus partners) and EB ambassadors on project deliverables.
• Support event logistics, tracking timelines and ensuring smooth execution of EB initiatives.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
• Undergraduate Degree
• Strong interest in employer branding, HR or marketing.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content trends.
• Good organizational and project coordination abilities.
• Analytical mindset with willingness to learn employer brand metrics and tools
Previous HR/Creative Experience will be an added advantage
