JOB PURPOSE

The Integrated Planning Manager - B&W (Arabia) is accountable for the planning capability of the Beauty & Wellbeing supply chain network to deliver service/inventory/cost/obsoletes across Arabia. This will be done by developing and leading an E2E team across the different planning units (MSO, SU, Procurement). He/she should work together with SUs, number of CMs, Logistics and extended Supply Chain in Arabia to ensure close collaboration and perfect execution, fully aligned to our #1 supplier vision.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Category and Business Planning

  • Development and execution of the category planning framework (incl. Run Strategy) for the network delivery
  • Accountable for B&W Plan KPIs (service/inventory/cost/obsolete/DBNR) & related improvement program
  • Development of utilization scenario planning / Network planning
  • Network crisis management             
  • Allocations for Business Plan & Operational overflows (Service and cost optimized)
  • Oversee Planning Operations along with team for the B&W category in Arabia

Capacity Planning

  • Accountable for monthly RCCPs and quarterly LT RCCPs, preparing for key decisions particularly around risk identification and mitigation like stock builds, overflows etc.
  • Customer Service, Inventory, Responsiveness, Event management, Operational customer connects for SU/MSO, Obsoletes, Deployment of volumes in network and overall capacity planning End to End.
  • He/she will apply framework with the SUs and MSOs in a consistent way to drive skill development and consistent perfect execution.

Transformation and Improvements

  • The incumbent will be driving the implementation of the different elements of the plan transformation program (e.g. Technology & process improvement).
  • Team development and creation of an inclusive environment for the team to thrive.

EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ Years in end-to-end Supply Chain operations.
  • Category facing/ business partnering exposure experience.
  • Experience of Planning/Customer Operations preferred but not mandatory.

  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong planning skills, or a strong attitude to planning (foresight, accuracy, attention for detail).
  • Strong in Strategic influencing.
  • Strong Business acumen.
  • Ability to build a team/network, train and empower them and hold people accountable.
