JOB PURPOSE

The Execution planner champions the voice of planning at Unilever and third-party manufacturing locations. Equipped with strong collaboration, negotiation and trade-off analysis, this role drives cross functional synchronization in the supply chain. Also, this role spearheads the future readiness of our supply network (factories and suppliers).
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
- Production Scheduling: Create and manage production schedules that optimize resource use and minimize downtime. Maintain >90% Output Reliability (OR) and ensuring seamless execution of production plans
- Long Term Capacity Planning: Manage factory long term capacity planning as per long term FC signal and business plan. Run capacity utilization scenario planning for both domestic & exports volumes.
- Customer Service Support: Ensure DR% and CCFOT% through 100% stock availability as per shipment plan
- Factory Collaboration: Act as the on-ground liaison between Integrated planning and factory teams. Collaborate/align with factory teams on (calendar and labour), MRP and MPS for line scheduling & planned shutdowns
- Decision Making & Communication: Coordinate with cross-functional teams and respond quickly to disruptions.
- Innovation Execution: Coordinate with Innovation planners, demand planners and marketing teams for new product launches and ensure smooth transitions with minimum business waste in relaunch projects.
- Smart Touch Planning: Ensure adaption of IOPs tech (Kinaxis Rapid response) to achieve smart touch KPIs (NTPO, NTPP & NTPPC)
- Demand Supply Reconciliation: Responsible for providing DSR signal as part of the monthly S&OP cycle
- Exports Plan & Coordination: Ensure smooth coordination and communication with exports team on exports demand
- Business waste & OS&R: Responsible to minimize SU OS&R, monthly provision submission to finance and monthly OS&R review with the team to track and drive actions.
- Inventory management: Ensuring optimal inventory levels for FG to avoid OS&R or business waste
- Master Data Health: Maintain accurate and up-to-date master data to support planning accuracy.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain. Preferably in planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or supply chain.
Skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management.
- Inventory management and capacity planning
- SAP ECC and Rapid Response (Kinaxis) proficiency.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
- Data analysis and visualization.
- Understanding of S&OP processes and supply chain dynamics.
- Can-do/Go-get attitude and the desire to make unlikely things happen
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
