Within the US, the focus of UFS Customer Development and Marketing is to engage with customers in unique and specific ways to generate demand for our professional brands and create long term value for our partners.
Pay: The pay range for this position is $99,760 to $149,640. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.

Purpose of the Role
As the Retail Foodservice Manager, you willbe responsiblefordrivingsustainable business growth via the Top 100 Retail Chains and their manufacturing partners (Commissaries or CPUs). In addition to direct ownership of the largest Retails and CPU partners, you will alsobe responsible fordeveloping and supporting a team of account executives calling on the largest regional customers within the Top 100. You will be part of a multi-touchpoint integrated digital ecosystem to drive growth with new customers (Reach) & current customers (Penetration). You will use data and CRM tools to plan and execute sales calls toestablishyourself as a valuable partner and grow market shareonthe Retail Foodservice Channel.
You and your team will be accountable for delivering business targets like Sales Growth, Reach & Penetration, Digital Engagement, and customer presentations with both Operators and Commissaries and CPUs, often alongside a dedicated culinary and marketing team. You are Responsible to execute Multi touchpoint contact strategy online and face to face for generating demand for Food Solutions Products & deliver great customer experience. You will work closely with a dedicated marketing and culinary team to maximize growth anddelivera best-in-class customer experience.
Demand Creation: Retail Foodservice and Commissary/CPU
KeyResponsibilities
Manage and grow existing Unilever Food Solutions Retail Foodservice business in the US.
Plans to include top andbottom-linegrowth opportunities, annual profit improvement actions, and customer-specific activities to grow andmaintainexistingbusinesses.
Develop and coach a team of (4) national account executives. Dedicate time to coaching and developing this team,includingspending time in the market and with their customers helping them to secure and land new business partnerships.
Identifyand target NEW commissary partners to expand the Unilever Food Solutions footprint in this segment. Aggressively pursue new business opportunities.
Manage trade spend by customer and shape customer portfolio in line with total Unilever Food Solutions profitobjectives.
Co-design and support customer marketing and promotional plans. Collaborate with internal Unilever business partners and customer teams.
Use Data to convert Business Insights into Activation Solution Selling
Utilize Market Trends to create Concept Solution Selling
Gain insight and lead customers to the right solution
Network to key customer stakeholders to engage the right decision makers
Prepare visits with solution recommendation andutilizeCRM Salesforce system to manage workflow and overall market funnel
Secure and coordinate customer Orders each month to ensure growth is on target
Implement Contact Matrix for Key Trade customers with a Squad approach (where possible) for more effective customer management
Implement Promotions withcustomersrelated to key seasons and events
Ensuretimelysubmission & settlement of claims
