Business Background
CDE is the function that owns and leverages sales information, process, system and technology to drive sales organization run productively, effectively and in support of business strategy and goal achievement.
Be an important part of CDE, Sales Efficiency & Business Analysis team has been formed to drive Data Mining Agenda in CD, aim to provide Analytic products serving effectiveness from planning to execution & measurement.
There are major themes:
Sales Efficiency through managing executional KPIs/Incentivize model design & measurement in Fron-End team, driving Data Driven Sales Capability, driving change management in sales force where initiative model implemented with multiple touch points & new way of working. Own CD Performance Management Hub. Own & Design Front-End Execution Performance Management. CBD Insight & Analytic Center.
Role Profile
We are looking for a highly motivated & deliver with excellent Business Analyst with a passion for power of data that is accurate, actionable & effectively utilized to enhance sales performance & strategic decision making.
The cancidate is required to have a robust background in sales operation, data analysis & project management.
Key Accountabilities
Data Accuracy & Governance:
- Ensure end-to-end data accuracy and integrity of sales, stores, distribution, execution across system: SAP, scanned data, Execution Supporting System.
- Establish standardized data quality check, master data, data validation processes…
- Strictly govern data access management with high service delivery.
Project Management & Change Management:
- Drive Data Analytic Product as Project assignment: can gather business requirement, co-work with technical support on solution, timeline management, well-documentary of KPI logic/definition, standard process.
- Drive Change Management to embed Analytic solution into business as usual with impactful value creation, drive adoption & follow up enhancement as end-user feedback.
- Implement process improvements based on data-driven insights and feedback from Operation teams.
Advanced Analysis & Insight Generation:
- Utilize data to identify opportunities for sales growth and process improvements.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive sales performance reports and dashboards to driving sales execution.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of sales-execution data to uncover insights and trends that inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve insight-related challenges.

Essential Experience

- Sales Operation, Commercial Excellent, Sales Information Management, Business Intelligence or a related field.

- Professional Skills -- Full Operational (tools/platform preferred in bracket)
- Be good at analysis tool such as Power Query, Microsoft PowerBI, Advanced Excel.
- Good sense at UI/UX design in data product management.
- Ability to apply an agile analytic approach that allows for results at varying levels of precision.
