Job Summary:
Key account management of modern trade channels (supermarkets & hypermarkets) in assigned territory to achieve sales target.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned key accounts for supermarket/hypermarket chains including managing the day-to-day activities within these accounts; developing and implementing long term strategies to grow business with each customer.
- Develop close relationships with decision makers at all levels in the customer organization to understand their needs and develop appropriate solutions.
- Negotiate agreements on promotion programs, distribution, shelf space, etc. with customers to ensure achievement of sales volume targets and maximize brand equity.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales through innovative merchandising techniques or promotional programs and communicate them to Marketing Department.
- Analyze consumer trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities for growth and profitability.
- Ensure effective implementation of CRM program across channels.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
Minimum 5 years experience in FMCG sales working directly with large retail accounts such as supermarkets and hypermarkets.
Experience in managing people and projects.
Demonstrated ability to build successful partnerships with customers.
Ability to travel frequently to meet with customers and company personnel.
Fluent English communication skill is required.
Good PC skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office software applications.
Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
Highly motivated with proven track record of success.
