eCommerce is the fastest growing channel in Unilever today and has been identified as a key strategic growth channel for Personal Care. The eCommerce Category Associate supporting Skin Cleansing is an exciting role aimed at scaling the US Skin Cleansing eCommerce Business and the likes of brands such as Dove, Dove Men + Care, Olly, Axe and SheaMoisture. Priorities will include working with our marketing and customer teams to create an eCommerce ready portfolio with the collective ambition of accelerating our eCommerce market share growth. This person will help drive the Skin Cleansing category strategy with key strategic partners such as Amazon, Target, and Walmart, and will work across the CS&P team to upscale eCommerce expertise across the organization.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
The right candidate will be able to demonstrate a wide range of capabilities and attributes including, but not limited to:

You will ideally have demonstrable experience in key areas of eCommerce:
• eCommerce business management, including DTC and/or eRetail operational experience including key pureplay and omnichannel retailers like Amazon, Target & Walmart (i.e., portfolio management, traffic/conversion optimization, and strategy maintenance via P&L-based decision making)
• Performance marketing; awareness of lower-funnel modeling along with media budgeting for sufficiency to achieve holistic revenue ambitions
• Transferring strategy into execution; ideally has experience in a Customer Development or Marketing role, with proven ability to project manage and influence multiple stakeholders
• Driving innovation; identifying breakthrough opportunities, involvement in business case development, and shaping a test and learn culture

Primary Responsibilities
To work closely with:
• Your manager in scaling and execution of the US eCommerce strategies
• Local brand marketing teams, managing day-to-day operations and designing tailored future-fit eCommerce Solutions
• Our eCommerce field teams, ensuring execution of our eCommerce strategy at our largest customers
• Our global strategy, marketing, and eCommerce teams to identify key channel launch projects to ensure the eCommerce strategy is executed with excellence across portfolio, media and content

To Deliver:
• An evolving eCommerce-ready portfolio as a beacon of growth while increasing Unilever and retailer profitability
• Tailored design for eCommerce recommendations and solutions back to the larger marketing organization
• Category eCommerce reporting and performance tracking
• eCommerce channel specific action plans with our key retailers
• eCommerce capability/training plans for the brand teams

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field (Master’s Degree welcomed)
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience with marketing or sales, with channel experience exclusive to eCommerce preferred
• Strong business and analytical acumen
• Proven track record of growing online sales and marketing through managing product assortment, enhanced content, media and product ratings and reviews on a major online retailer (Amazon, Walmart, Target)
• Knowledge of technical setup activities for eCommerce platforms

Pay: The pay range for this position is $86,080 to $129,120. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs. 

Bonus: This position is bonus eligible. 

Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
