JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

  • Manage all facilities within the employee facility building, ensuring 24/7 service for over 400 employees including workforce executives, and contractors.

  • Handling the end-to-end canteen operations, including raw material procurement and meal service management.

  • Manage the pool vehicle fleet, ensuring efficient site transportation, driver cadre supervision, and ambulance operations.

  • Oversee laundry operations, including uniform stock maintenance, washing, cleaning, and shift-wise issuance.

  • Manage medical center services, coordinating with health service providers and the Head Office Wellbeing Coordinator to implement best practices.

  • Provide concierge services, assisting employees with utility, phone, and other bill payments.

  • Maintain the gymnasium and sporting areas, ensuring proper facility upkeep and equipment replenishment.

  • Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all office areas, roads, the facility building, and gardens, while upholding the required service standards across all workplace services managed spaces.

  • Ensure the scrap yard remains clutter-free, manage the tender process for scrap disposal, and oversee the dispatch of tendered scrap.

  • Coordinate with stakeholders to drive the annual engagement calendar for the factory in collaboration with the HR team.

  • Liaise with stakeholders to plan and coordinate ongoing community engagement programs.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

  • Candidate should be a graduate or possess a relevant equivalent professional qualification.

  • 1-2 years of experience in human resources in a similar capacity. Prior experience in managing blue collar employees would be an added advantage.

  • Prior experience in an administrative role managing workplace operations or employee services.

  • Candidate must be a strong assertive leader with the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
