JOB TITLE: Regional Business Operations Specialist – Western Visayas

LOCATION: Bacolod or IloIlo - Field Based

CONTEXT & MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

The job holder will be responsible to assist to develop the execution strategy for MT Western Visayas Operations (711 VRBU, WV Proximity and Supermarket Channels) and lead category growth for handled Head Office Chains – Lopue’s Group and Iloilo Supermart.

Manpower Agency Visayas Management

Agency responsibility on total Management of Manpower Agency Management for Western Visayas )On Time in Full deployment of Manpower, Monitoring Agency KPIs (Availability of Manpower, Compliance to Perfect Execution, Efficient Reporting, Safety).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / FOCUS AREA

• Develops customer and channel specific plans (from ideation, sell-in, on-time and in full execution, and post-activity evaluation.)

• Acquire in-depth understanding of shopper, category, and market needs for the customer and channel.

• Effectively analyze the data (internal and external) and be able to provide data-driven insights and action plans to grow the business.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to grow the category and drive insight-selling backed-up by data to ensure on-time response to market trends and needs.

• Ensure regular customer engagement through business reviews to further build business and relationship.

• End to End Agency management on Manpower deployment and hitting agency KPIs (Availability of Manpower, Compliance to Perfect Execution, Efficient Reporting, Safety)

• Ensure omni-perfect store basics such as shopper-centric availability and replenishment, elevated visibility & merchandising, and effective & exciting activations.

• Responsible for leading field execution teams to ensure perfect basics, efficient store operations, and competitive growth.

• Responsible for point-of-purchase excellence based on agreed key performance indicators.

• Ensuring successful new store openings by making Selecta Ice Cream brands stand out inside the store.

• Develop account plans and lead initiatives based on account's strategy/business needs aligned with Unilever’s strategy and business priorities in the channel.

• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills to and has the ability to negotiate both strategically and tactically in an agile fast paced channel.

• Work closely with Category, Channel Marketing, Supply Chain (Cebu Depot) , and other cross functional partners to ensure that KPIs and activities are implemented on time and in full.

• Manages customer profitability as well as A/R through efficient budget management and regular reconciliation.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCES

• Open to fresh graduates of business, process management and engineering related courses

• Mid-career with experience on business operations management

• Data driven mindset, Network and Influencing, Leadership, Collaboration, Brilliant Execution, Communication and Presentation, Order to Cash Technical Know How Knowledge

• Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Knowledge in Power BI is ad advantage.

• Has valid driver's license and knows how to drive
