We are looking for an “Assistant Dcomm Shopper Marketing& CSP Manager to work within our B&W Organization.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Key Responsibilities
- Working as the key liaison between marketing and d_com sales to plan/deliver category growth by managing internal and customer stakeholders to provide the appropriate marketing tools and customer campaigns
- Developing/executing clear annual Beauty & Wellbeing category strategy and joint business plans with online customers
- Building online store communication end-end from brand stores to on-platform visibility and best-in-class 7OA strategy across touch points per channel
- Championing digitalization of shopper marketing strategy
- Contributing to the overall marketing strategy, plan, and brand portfolio strategy as the shopper and trade expert,
- Analyzing Market Share to ensure a winning position in the market through Shopper marketing plans,
- Alignment with all internal and external key stakeholders in the shopper marketing program
- Analyzing previous activations, current sales, and competitor shopfloor activations to create even stronger plans
- Building and driving Strategies: Business partner with the D4C teams to shape & deliver the Channel strategy online across Retail, as well as the CGS (Category growth strategy) and Category trade story,
- Being the Shopper Insight/CMI’s key business partner to lead for the embedding of online shopper insight info,
- Supporting category premiumization agenda via new launches, flawless execution on online retailers by optimizing BMI and forecasting in line with strategy
- Leading consumer research activities, CRM tools, and translating insights into commercial strategies,
- Optimizing a double-digit in-store marketing budget and managing relations with external agencies to ensure that first-class service levels,
- Setting and measuring online-store KPIs to ensure everyday perfect execution,
- Design and lead omnichannel trade plans based on category insights, shopper behavior, and customer/channel dynamics.
- Engage with external agencies for specific category projects and campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze category performance metrics, ensuring delivery of the annual growth plan for the assigned categories/brands on DCOM
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve DCOM performance and achieve business goals by working with CBD teams closely.
- Drive DCOM channel growth strategy in 2-3 years plan and follow up action plan accordingly
- Maximizing sales conversions and brand awareness by integrating affiliate influencer marketing strategies into shopper marketing campaigns.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Skills
- Proven experience in category management, trade marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of omnichannel trade planning and execution.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and functions.
- The data-driven mindset with expertise in leveraging shopper and channel insights.
- Strong financial acumen, particularly in TTS and BMI optimization.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to adapt plans for dynamic market conditions,
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills,
- Multi-stakeholder management capability,
- Flexibility in exploring a variety of business areas,
- Advance both English and Turkish communication
