B&W 13,2 billion business in global with hair and skin care brands including Clear, Dove, Elidor, Vaseline. Future fit SC strategy from procurement to planning and delivery is the key priority aligned with the business ambition.
JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Business integration:
- Full integration into local business teams and business strategy within the TU cluster.
- Leading the design and implementation of the Supply Chain strategy as part of business strategy
Sourcing network:
• Defining Sourcing Strategy for sourcing required innovation projects. Alignment on critical milestones and timeline.
• Understanding investment requirements for projects with Engineering/Technology teams. Aligning technical readiness lead times with them. Securing investment requirements of projects in yearly investment budgets
• Coordination with Demand Planning team to align on final portfolio with marketing, alignment on minimum stock impact for new SKUs
• Driving production plant readiness for new capability with Production team and aligning on Efficiency KPIs
• Agreement on material orders, material readiness in production plant, production timings with Supply Planning while minimizing stock impact of new RM/PM.
Operational excellence:
- Coordinator of E2E Planning: LTCP (Long term capacity planning), demand and supply planning.
- Understand category growth assumptions in 8Q Funnel and translate them into volume assumptions as input for long term capacity planning.
- Drive capacity increase plans with relevant teams and lead investment needs.
CM Governance PTAB
- Driving operational excellence program in CMs across PTAB.
- Capacity & capability increase for the destination portfolio.
- Coordination across functions to eliminate losses.
New Product Development:
- Part of NPD and PTM project teams.
- Development of project time plans (Project Network, in MS Project) together with Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain
- Responsible for on-time and in-full implementation.
- Ensuring new future required capabilities are included in updates of supply chain strategy.
5S – Cost-leadership
- Providing full insight in cost drivers of the portfolio.
- Ensures full integration with portfolio and financial needs of the business.
- Support procurement & R&D teams on category savings plan aligned with the agreed targets to ensure delivery via effective project management and coordination.
- Agree CAPEX requirements for savings projects with Engineering Team and ensure CAPEX allocated in budget and implemented as per plan.
- Analyse controlled costs (Logistics, Production) and create cost saving projects which will benefit to region and sourcing strategies.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant Supply Chain roles.
PREFERRED
- Experience in Planning.
- Experience in Project Management.
- Experience in Procurement (Collaborative Manufacturing) – Manufacturing or Engineering.
Skills
ESSENTIAL
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit, ability to combine strategic and hands-on activities.
- Strong business acumen & financial literacy.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS Powerpoint.
PREFERRED
- Cross functional business/sourcing/innovation process knowledge.
- Project management skills.
- Experience in MS Project and Power BI.
