The PC Turkey Assistant Shopper& Trade Category & NRM Manager- Oral & SCL is a key role responsible for developing and executing omnichannel category trade plans that align with the objectives of our brands and meet the needs of customers and channels. This role bridges the Commercial (CD) and Marketing teams to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery of plans that drive market share growth and business performance in line with IOP goals.

The role encompasses end-to-end category management across all channels, including General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT), and e-commerce, incorporating shopper and customer insights into all strategies and discussions

Key Responsibilities


• Develop and implement category brand deployment plans, ensuring alignment with GT branches, Modern Trade account teams, and eCommerce strategies.
• Design and lead omnichannel trade plans based on category insights, shopper behavior, and customer/channel dynamics.
• Oversee the activation and delivery of category plans across all channels based on JTBDs (Jobs to be Done).
• Lead shopper marketing and category management (CatMan) initiatives to enhance shopper engagement and optimize sales outcomes.
•Ensure flowless execution of POSM production and distribution for Deo brands inline with shopper marketing strategy by efficient budget management
• Drive execution of NRM (Net Revenue Management) and shopper marketing strategies to achieve category KPIs.
• Serve as the primary liaison between CD, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of initiatives.
• Coordinate with CSP organization to align strategies and deploy plans across formats and channels.
• Engage with external agencies for specific category projects and campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze category performance metrics, ensuring delivery of the annual growth plan for the assigned categories/brands.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve trade performance and achieve business


Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in category management, trade marketing, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of omnichannel trade planning and execution.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and functions.
• Data-driven mindset with expertise in leveraging shopper and channel insights.
• Strong financial acumen, particularly in TTS and NRM optimization.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to adapt plans for dynamic market conditions,
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills,
• Multi-stakeholder management capability,
• Flexibility in exploring a variety of business areas,
• Advance both English and Turkish communication
