JOB PURPOSE
We are seeking a strategic and business minded manager to drive the Turkey Fab Enhancers business into a sustainably profitable and growing business, delivering competitive growth. The role aims to drive growth (top and bottom line), category development, and executional excellence across channels and top customers. The focus of the role is to define the Long-Term and Short-Term Commercial & Channel Plan, Deliver the Business Targets and P&L, Dynamic Resource Allocation, NRM, and Shopper & Trade Category Management.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
This position combines the best of strategic influence and operational impact. You will craft and execute Fab Enhancers specific strategies in collaboration with Marketing and CBD teams, utilizing data insights and customer-centric tools to meet critical KPIs (growth, profitability, market share) at the customer and channel level. If you thrive in a high-energy, performance-driven environment, enjoy fostering cross-functional partnerships, and motivated by delivering results, this role is your platform to make a measurable impact.
- Design and lead omnichannel trade plans based on Fab Enhancers insights, shopper behavior, and customer/channel dynamics by monitoring and analyzing category performance metrics.
- Deliver the in-year Commercial Plan with Go-to-Market teams partnering with Finance, SC, and CMI (S&OP).
- Lead shopper marketing and category management initiatives to enhance shopper engagement and optimize sales outcomes.
- Define NPD Delivery targets at the Market, Channel, and customer level
- Design the promotional strategy principles that will drive growth at category& brand level aligned with the portfolio transformation
- Support key strategic cells on the channel/commercial roadmap aligned with category strategy principles
- Roll out BG CSP priorities and frameworks in the market
- Work with CMI and NRM teams to set a winning pricing strategy (SPI) and revisit quarterly to optimize and maximize the ROI and TDP
- Ensure TTS (Trade Terms Spending) & SCM BMI budget optimization and adherence to forecasts.
- Identify/ unlock NRM Opportunities to accelerate profitable growth.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in CD, with focus on CSP/CCD, NRM and CBD
- Home Care Category and NRM experience will be positives for recruitment
- 2-3 years of track record for driving sustainable business growth in a market.
- Deep understanding of Turkey retailers and market dynamics, trends and data-driven decision making.
- Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, CBD, product development, finance to achieve shared goals

- Strong Communication & Influencing Skills: Proven ability to build relationships across functions and with key customers, with strong presentation and communication skills.
