Location: Umraniye

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Adapt and implement the global corporate communication strategy according to local priorities, ensuring brand reputation is maintained and strengthened.
• Lead communication processes by working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain active communication with all external stakeholders, including media and the public.
• Proactively manage potential crisis topics, collaborating with relevant departments to mitigate risks.
• Support the implementation and communication of global sustainability initiatives within the ice cream business unit.
• Develop and execute a strong internal communication plan, ensuring better understanding of the business unit’s vision and strategy within the organization.
• Create leadership communication plans and prepare key messaging frameworks for executives.
• Contribute to PR initiatives for brands while ensuring integration across all functions within the ice cream business unit.
• Oversee consistency across internal and external communication activities, maintaining a coherent brand message.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Turkish and English.
• Prior experience working in a matrix organizational structure.
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing business needs and communication strategies.
• Preferred: Experience in the food or FMCG industries.

As publicly announced, Unilever will separate its Ice Cream business which is expected by the end of 2025. This role will transfer to the new Ice Cream company.
