Unilever is currently hiring for An UFS CUSTOMER EXECUTIVE – SOCIAL CHANNEL
Unilever Food Solutions (UFS) is the €2.5bn+ foodservice division of Unilever. It leads the dynamic Food Service market across its categories and has ambitious growth objectives, marketing a range of professional food and beverage products and services to operators across 22 Multi Country Organizations (MCOs) in 72 countries.
We are looking for an UFS Customer Executive – Social Channel to work within Unilever Food Solutions Turkey Team.

What You Can Expect From The Role:
· Executing UFS Turkey social channel (catering) strategy to lead social sector in İstanbul and creating solutions to influence stakeholders. Ready to implement digital transformation. Planning virtual & face to face demonstrations.
· Responsible for the monthly/quarterly/yearly agreements with local social operators.
· Execution of JBP plans for local & international Catering operators, on their sites & kitchens (menu, recipe, activity development) to reach joint targets that create benefits both for social channel operators and UFS.
· Supporting operator marketing & portfolio marketing strategies and execution of operator marketing social channel plans & portfolio marketing NPD agenda.
· SKU Forecast & Offer (advise) pricing management for each operator to create sustainable P&L for social channel.
· Reaching channel flow targets by working close with Region & Supply Chain & Business Operations teams, by also executing perfect Lead Management.
· TTS & Budget Management working together with Business Operations team.
· Operational excellence for order supply management & coordination through distributors.
· Coordination to support for the route optimization of Chefs. Designing road map for whitespaces to take opportunities.

· Strong affiliation with the foodservice market, especially Catering.
· High level of resilience, ability to solve problems proactively and managing crisis
· A strong sense of ownership, accountability and chefmanship mindset
· Selling, Influencing, and Negotiation – understanding channel & operator’s levers to build compelling selling stories that land key priorities and drive mutual growth
· Being eager to work closely with Supply Chain, Marketing, Business Operations and Chef teams
· With strong business acumen and analytical skills, you must be able to understand the businesses needs and provide analytical/commentary insights to fuel business growth
· Multi-stakeholder management capability
· Having Operator Centric and High-Performance oriented growth mindset
· Excellent written and spoken Turkish & English is a must
· Good level of Excel and Power Point skills
· Being eager to travel related with the route.
