Temporary LIV Clerk
Type: Hourly
Minimum Required Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. One year experience in warehousing or inventory control. One year SAP& Blue Yonder experience required. Previous training as a clerk at Unilever JC preferred.
General Scope of Position: Manage and coordinate the wide range of activities as related to supplying components and shipping finished goods items for the LIV department. Work overtime as required for projects and coverage. Backfill other clerk roles as needed. All Company employees must conduct Company business in every instance in accordance with the highest standards of ethical business conduct.
Physical Requirements: Able to meet all requirements specified of warehouse job classifications, including forklift certification.
Job Skills/Tasks:
Actively supports the Plant’s WCM initiative by completing all scheduled training and assigned WCM responsibilities, including all training related to the pillars of WCM, as applicable.
Operates various fork trucks and pallet jacks after certification training, with periodic recertification.
Coordinate the ordering of components based on need for the six LIV production lines.
Conduct inventory counts for LIV components on dock A at the start of each shift.
Monitor the accuracy of finished goods being loaded from LIV using SAP and BY.
Print manifest/skid riders for full trailers of LIV bound for IWDG.
Attend meetings relevant to the LIV performance.
Communicate clearly with IWDG team for component ordering and correcting any issues.
Data entry as required.
Employee must exercise proficient math skills in daily assignments.
Ability to train associates on warehouse systems and programs.
Ability to use warehouse systems and programs (i.e. SAP,BY, PINC, etc.)
Ability to demonstrate an understanding and use of productivity and informational tools (PC’s, RF, Printers).
Maintain housekeeping, 5S/GMP in the office areas and in the warehouse

Perform primary calculations necessary to record productivity, inventory auditing and complete all transactions in assigned areas.
Work with contractors, schedule warehouse maintenance work as needed.
