CATEGORY INTRODUCTION:
With its large consumer base and 85% + market share, Foods Pakistan is the biggest market in PTAB region and holds clear strategic importance for the region. Pakistan business is approximately +€90m and commands the market leadership position in mini meals with diverse offering for young adults along with a strong condiments and cooking aids portfolio. The overall business operates with 2 global power brands (Knorr, Hellmann’s) as well as local jewels (Rafhan).
JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITES BE
Develop an in-depth understanding of the consumers and market.
Drive brand penetration, market share and business growth by owning and influencing 6Ps of marketing
Lead the cross-functional project team and successfully land the innovations in the market
Deploy digital first media strategy to drive business growth on super premium toddler nutrition portfolio
Stakeholders: CSP, BD, Finance, Supply Chain, R&D, Media Agency, Medical Marketing. Lead the Cross-Functional team for delivery of projects
Campaign Management & communications

Experiences & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree is required
Prior experience in Marketing
Experienced with managing agencies
